Working Hours
There are no night shifts for women. The duration of the night is from 10 pm till 7 am. So, in this eleven-hour duration women will not work
Omitted from the prohibition of women working at night
       When procedural and decision-making jobs are in control of labor
       When the organization is closed
       When they work in organizations such as medical and other responsibilities that the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs governs. 
Women cannot be employed in the hazardous role
Women will not be allowed to work in a dangerous place that is hazardous or harmful to health
       According to the Minister of Labour lawyers in Dubai and Social Affair, on getting capable experts for some jobs, the employment held by the quality of an excellent might not be permitted 
Maternity leave 
       Almost 45 days of maternity leave is given to working women along with full payment only if they are employed for the past year. 
       Half pay for those women who have not completed one year in a respective organization.
Supplementary breaks
       After the delivery, two additional breaks per day is entitled as you are nursing your child 
       The salary is not deducted for these additional breaks
Equivalent wage 
There will be no discrimination in paying wages if both men and women are working in the same position.
